What are your goals for the remainder of your time at Stanford?

The goal that probably means the most to me is winning cross as a team. Thinking about what that means for how I could contribute to that team-related goal, I have it a goal of mine to come across the line at NCAAs first individually. I have other certain time goals, but the focus will be winning the big races and going after a spot on team USA in the coming years.

What is your favorite thing about running?

One thing that drew me to distance running in the first place was it’s purity as a sport. It’s really just you versus you; how far can you get to your limits?

What is the greatest lesson running has taught you?

The greatest lesson running has taught me is that personal goals can lead to accomplishments beyond your wildest dreams. Keep putting one foot in front of the other and you never know what might happen next.

What is something unique about you that many people don’t know about?

Something unique about me that some people may or may not know about is that I was raised in London, England and moved to the United States when I was twelve!

Celebrating Your Story

Student athletes have a very unique story. They are competing at the highest level, while also maintaining balance with school and a social life. This can be hard! The running community is interested in your personal journey and would love to hear about how you got to where you are.
